Soybean Growing Tips and Advice

Soybeans thrive in humid southern and midwestern climates. Consider planting your beans in sand rather than in regular soil.

Planting Soybeans

Plant soybeen seeds about 4-6 inches apart and cover with about an inch of soil. You can harvest your soybeans when the seeds are full sized and the pods are still green. Once flowers appear, the plants are almost ready to harvest. Don't harvest the beans when plants are wet.

Days to Harvest: 60-100 days
Days to Germinate: 6-14 days
